If you guys have noticed, i have been active on beta, alpha and more recently back on eta, theta and zeta. A New Community is being built for Alliances that share the members of my alliances. Currently ONLY the ZETA alliance will be in this alliance, however an extention on beta, and alpha are in the works. from that we should beable to gain some experience and active userbase in which we will be able to expand to theta, eta, and other notable servers. ALL former POG alliances are welcome to Join the New Community.

    0.3.0 Building Stats

    So I created an account on the test server to satisfy my curiosity about the new build. I'll be posting some of the building stats here.

    Unfortunately there is not always information about building costs beyond the current soft caps, which is what I really wanted to know (especially for Town Hall and Palace/GR). But hopefully this information will be useful.

    Most notable to me at first glance is that Palaces and GRs now require sulfur to construct! No crystal is required for the first 4 levels.

    I am doing this the quick and dirty way so I am not going to bother trying to make pretty tables. My apologies in advance.

But they also know, that a forest must be cultivated and new trees must be planted, so that we can continue to use only the best woods for our houses. The production of building material is increased by 2% for every level of expansion.

Our alchemists work restlessly on finding the perfect mixture and take care that we can get even more sulfur out of the pit. For every level of the building your sulfur production is increased by 2%

    Optician
    Lenses and magnifying glasses don`t only help our scientists to see clearly and find important papers on their desk, they are also necessary in order to invent all the new technologies that make us so proud.     Firework Test Area
    The constant exercises with the fireworks don`t only light up the skies but sometimes also the surrounding buildings. Our researchers, though, can only optimize the demand for sulphur, when they test new mixtures again and again. Every building level decreases the demand for sulphur in town.

    Angle, Compass and Yardstick: The architects` office provides everything needed for building straight walls and stable roofs. And a well-planned house needs a lot less marble than a skew one. Per building level the demand for marble in your town is lessened.

    Several of those new buildings won't apply for any given town. It would do no good to increase the production of sulfur in a marble colony. Plus you really only need one workshop. With the ability to move ships and troops from one town to another the Barracks and Shipyard could be included at one's discretion, though I would STRONGLY recommend not going without a Barracks. Unless you are an alliance leader your don't need much in the way of Embassy levels either. Depending on the location of your towns, you might also be able to go without a Trading Post. Don't forget that if you've done bureaucracy, you can build every currently available building and still have an empty space. There are many ways to choose to use the new buildings. What a Face

    also if you have all research done u can remove your academy, many buildings can be removed,

    You could remove the academy, but the four Futures are repeatable. Enough of those bonuses can really add up to be useful. Especially if it is true that gold will no longer be lootable. Without that maintaining anything much beyond the gold that you can produce, which I've also heard will be reduced, will become EXTREMELY difficult, if not neigh unto impossible. Evil or Very Mad

    The Wiki has been updated now, with more information about building levels beyond the levels available in the in-game help. Check out the Palace and GR in particular. Sulfur, sulfur, sulfur.
